Give it as a gift and expect something back, tenfold?
Maybe you love cheese on the level of 80s music, clothing or maybe you still say "Where's the beef?"
Whatever level of cheese you are on, this mayyyy just be the place for you.

THE CHEESE AMBASSADOR OF CANADA
David Beaudoin
We dairy'd to dream and are excited to welcome back the guy whose name is synonymous with cheese, David Beaudoin!! With a thorough understanding of the industry, David shares his knowledge and enthusiasm for making, tasting, pairing and experiencing cheese of all kinds. Dubbed ‘The Cheese Poet’ and known locally as ‘The Squeaky Cheese Guy,’ he also works as a cheese expert and consultant.with the Dairy Farmers of Canada and educate retailers, deli managers, and upraising cheese-mongers in understanding the benefits and handling practices of working with Canadian cheese.
Last year was a huge success, mainly from this guy. His seminars were packed for both during the afternoon and a sold out 5 course VIP dinner (all cheese infused, of course:)
This guy is worth his weight in Moose Cheese. Cheese is life.

SULLY the GULLY
Sylvan Lake Gulls
Gully was imperative on our long aim throw last year and we are excited to have him back! Luckily for him, these events are a bit shorter. Gully, with support of the Gulls, are supporting the GULLS GIVE FOUNDATION https://www.gullsgive.com/ and will be once again masterminding the throwing events. Come on out to support a grate cause. This year we have Can Smash, Bean Bag Throw and Pitcher or Belly Itcher Challenge.
*Disclaimer. This photo is AI. Gully did not pose or consent to being surrounded by cheese, but in his words "it's all good" * Disclaimer. Gully did not say these words.

We are proud to be a community-driven event built on a simple idea: create something people genuinely look forward to every year—an experience that not only entertains, but makes a meaningful difference.
At the heart of our event is a celebration of local artisanal cheese, showcasing the incredible craftsmanship and passion of producers right here in Alberta. But we don’t stop at great food. We’ve created a one-of-a-kind atmosphere filled with fun, interactive, and uniquely “cheesy” experiences designed to bring people together.
Guests can enjoy complimentary cheese samples, engaging seminars, an exclusive VIP dinner, and a variety of competitions—including our crowd-favourite wiener dog races. And of course, what’s a competition without a trophy? We believe winning should be just as memorable as the experience itself.
Most importantly, every aspect of this event is rooted in giving back. Proceeds and support go toward organizations that make a real impact in our community, including Alberta Dachshund Rescue, Fostering Hope Rescue, Gulls Give Foundation, and the Sylvan Lake Food Bank.
This is more than just an event—it’s a growing tradition. One that brings people together, celebrates local excellence, and supports causes that matter. Cheese the day.
It guides you into a cheese realm where passion meets invention, aligning the delicate balance between heritage and contemporary success. The narrative follows Anastasia Ricotta, a passionate academic cheese student who sets out to interview the young cheese, Juan Gouda. However, she meets the older, exquisite, radiant, and intimidating a one, Mr. Gruyere. Here, the unworldly, innocent Ana is stunned to recognize her desire for this enigmatic cheese. She finds herself desperate to get close to it, reflecting the delicate balance between tradition and innovation in cheesemaking. The book's rich descriptions—from the nutty aroma of aged Gruyere to the clatter of cheese markets—exhort readers to comprehend the complications of the cheese industry and discover Gruyere's timeless appeal and the stories that define it.
Pitcher or Belly Itcher
