Store opens at 9am and vendors start setting up at 10am!  First event is at Noon.  A) Make sure you get the cheese samples! Peruse the event schedule and ensure you can attend one of the seminars! Check out the vendors, chainsaw man, DJ, check out trophies you can win and browse the super grate cheese store.   There may even be animals to pet and things to bounce on......and a mascot to roll with.

This event opens at Noon and remains open for riders until the winner is declared at 4:45PM. Riders  get 1 ride of high octane leg action. 

Serious riders can pay to enter as many times as they like. 

Best lap time wins the Champions Trophy

This event opens at 1PM and remains open until 4:45PM.

Pilots get 3 throws with their jet, taking the best one.

Top Gun announced @ 5pm.  

This event starts at 2PM and remains open until all entries have rolled. Rollers get 2 throws of an actual cheese wheel!  This year, the winner gets to keep the wheel + a sweet trophy.

This event starts at 330PM. Eat the cheese. Guess its type and flavor. Write down your pick like Jeopardy. One may even call this Jeopcurdy.....  Most correctish answers move on until there is a cheese dictator declared! For the. haters, maybe that means 'WOW THAT'S FANTASTIC!"
